The Miles by Discover Card will offer you a rate of 0% on purchases and balance transfers for 6 months. Thereafter they charge you an APR rate of 10.99%. The Simmons First Visa Platinum has no introductory deals but offers you a regular APR rate of 7.25%. So make your choice.
